Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 6-7 engineers, fostering engagement, performance, and continuous growth through feedback, coaching, and structured development.

  • Your Profile:
  • We're looking for someone with engineering leadership and backend development experience, who is dedicated to building scalable systems and leading high-performing teams.
  • Technical Skills: PHP, Laravel, MySQL, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), experience with search technologies or AI/LLM integration is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, ownership, mentoring.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
