Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary contact for any concerns or questions related to assigned properties.
  • Coordinates and/or handles maintenance, repairs, and reasonable employee requests related to assigned properties.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical related field required.
  • EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
  • Five (5) years' combined experience in property, vendor, and project management required.
  • Previous project management experience required.
  • Prior energy utilization and sustainability management experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local and state security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of smart-building technologies, building automation platforms, and procurement.
