- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years experience in software engineering or solution architecture.
- 1+ years' experience developing and deploying Generative AI related use cases.
- Experience in a financial services or banking environment.
- Strategic Modeling: Ability to build ROI models, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic roadmaps.
- AI/Automation Tech Stack: familiarity with the modern AI landscape (LLMs, RAG, Agents) and Automation platforms (n8n, Retool, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Rapid Prototyping: Proficiency in Python or TypeScript to build "trace bullet" implementations.
- Architecture Patterns: Strong grasp of microservices, event-driven architecture, and API integration patterns.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of Sales, Servicing & Back Office Operation in Financial Services.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in technology and business process management.
