Responsibilities

  • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of different software projects.

  • Manage dependencies with other internal or external teams
  • Support decision-making by providing transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs
  • Execution Excellence
  • Ensure delivery predictability and adherence to committed timelines
  • Support prioritization and scope management based on business needs
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Your Profile
  • To be successful in this role you have:
  • University degree in engineering, computer science, or similar
  • Proven experience in project management of software development projects (embedded and/or tools/software applications)
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum Master role
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-site teams
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (firmware and/or tools/software stack)
  • Experience in risk management, planning, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive software development environments
  • Familiarity with ASPICE / ISO26262 processes
  • Experience working with both embedded and tools/UI teams
  • Experience with CI/CD and modern software delivery practices
