Due to growth, we're looking for good customer service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties: - Provide excellent customer service to clients - Handle phone calls and emails - Schedule and coordinate with Clients and Technicians for service appointments and follow ups - Handle customer complaints timely and follow up with department in charge to provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. Follow up to ensure closure - Communicate effectively, maintain and establish close rapport with clients - Creating contracts and services into in-house programme and uploading of supporting documents - Monitor cash collection bytechnicians in your team - Check and compile service reports before sending to customers - Prepare invoices accurately prior to send out to customers - Attend to meeting with customers as and when required - Preparing of reports requested by customers as and when required - Perform all other ad-hoc duties as and when required
