Position Base Pay Range $90,000 - $100,000 USD Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties. Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data (income statements, budgets, forecasts, etc.) taking into account company goals and financial status
  • Identify trends, track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Document findings and prepare reports to advise and recommend actions based on sound analysis
  • Provide creative alternatives to reduce costs and improve company performance
  • Develop financial tools and models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
  • Consult with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact outcomes
  • Provide training, guidance and oversight to junior members of FP&A team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
  • 6 years minimum of hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
  • 6 years minimum of proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting and business environment
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred
