Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- This is a phone heavy role, expect to spend most of your days cold calling (especially in the beginning)
- Conduct discovery calls to present LatamCent's nearshore recruiting solutions

Requirements
- 1+ years of Account Executive experience with a USA company
- Proven ability to take sales from prospecting to close
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- English level C1 or higher (written and spoken)
- Experience using CRMs, & Sales Tech Tools
- Experience in recruiting or staffing services
- Background in B2B SaaS or sales tech
- Prior SDR experience

- OTE: $46,000 - $54,000 USD (base + commission)
