Sales Manager

About the role

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the sales team. Lead, supervise, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and business development activities. Prepare and review sales proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients. Monitor sales performance, pipeline activities, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and performance reports for management. Coordinate with operations, project, service, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services. Address client concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Support the development of marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, proposals, payment collections, and contract renewals. Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and CRM updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements.
