Responsibilities for Lift Project Executive: Oversee all project activities, including on-site teams and workforce, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual scope and specifications Monitor and control project costs, with full accountability for financial performance and profitability Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, claims, safety reports, procurement lists, and ad-hoc reports Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments Lead project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
