About the role

Job Purpose The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and communication goals. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify campaign reach and impact. 5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future social media strategies. Other Responsibilities: 1. Brand Monitoring: Monitor social media conversations about the company's brand, competitors, and industry. Identify and report on trends, opportunities, and potential issues. 2. Influencer Partnerships: Identify and partner with influencers who can help promote the company's products or services. Develop and manage relationships with influencers and other partners. 3. Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar that outlines social media content and campaigns. Ensure that content is aligned with the company's marketing and communication goals. 4. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, generate leads, and support sales. Manage social media ad budgets and optimize ad performance. Knowladge And Experience 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities Possess skills of leadership, developing, strategic thinking, problem solver. Excellent communication. Results and service oriented with an eye for details. Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations. A team player & builder. A motivator & self-starter. Well-presented and always professionally groomed.
