Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• 2+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Additional Information

The Supply Chain Manager II with Robotics Supply Chain Planning team owns end to end demand and supply management of Robotics products, related parts required for manufacturing and on-time deployment to Amazon sites. Key job responsibilities - Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion. - Develop demand planning strategies on new and existing products as well as product phase-outs. - Develop performance metrics, drive best practices, and lead process and tool improvements that are aligned with the strategic priorities of the team. - Monitor, analyze, and communicate the impacts of changes to the demand plan with Supply Chain team partners, including Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing. - Develop standard operating procedures for demand and supply planning processes and systems for new technology platforms. - Provide recommendations for operational improvements and identify metrics/KPIs to measure impact. A day in the life - Engage with upstream Robotics solutions and engineering team to stay updated on incoming demand. - Partner with Supply Chain peers across Procurement, Logistics, Order Management and Strategic Sourcing to drive on-time supply delivery - Drive cadence driven demand-supply overview discussions and risk mitigation exercise.
