Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end executive searches (calibration → market map → slate → close) with high stakeholder complexity.
- Build proactive, evergreen pipelines that reduce future time-to-fill.
- Improve slate quality through stronger targeting and qualification.
- Increase offer acceptance through early alignment on comp, motivations, and decision velocity.
- Reduce reliance on external search partners by creating internal "search muscle".
