We're looking for Service Supervisors who can take charge of the floor, inspire the team, and keep the energy alive from the first guest to the last. 🍷 What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth, high-energy service Be the go-to person during service-resolving issues, supporting the team, and delighting guests Train, guide, and motivate junior team members to deliver confident and genuine hospitality Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless coordination Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational discipline Step into a leadership role-owning shifts and driving team performance 🥩 What We're Looking For Prior experience in a supervisory or senior service role in a restaurant setting Strong leadership presence-you're calm under pressure and lead by example Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience Confident communicator with a hands-on attitude Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, lively environment ⏰ Working Hours 5-day work week Split shift required: Lunch and dinner service with a break from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM Alternatively, straight shifts may be arranged based on operational needs 🌟 Why Join Bochinche?
