Monitors, evaluates, and guides alignments to legislative requirements, accreditation standards, organisational standards, and professional standards related to the specialty topic. Develops and maintains nursing training programs and competency assessments for the region. Collaborates in the development of quality and audit frameworks and actions to be implemented. Provides specialist advice to reduce risks to patients, visitors, and staff in the context any form of emergency.
