At Geriant Coaching, we are looking for a reliable and passionate part-time or freelance Personal Trainer to support our growing women's health and performance coaching business. We are looking for someone who is not only able to coach strength training, but also understands that good coaching goes beyond the physical session. Our clients come to us for structure, guidance, education and support. We work with women through different stages of life, including PMOS, prenatal and postpartum recovery, peri-menopause and menopause support. This role is suitable for someone who is warm, professional, coachable and genuinely interested in helping clients understand their bodies better, train safely and build sustainable habits over time. As Geriant Coaching grows, the role may also involve supporting events, workshops and community-based initiatives related to women's health, movement and performance. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct 1-to-1 or small group personal training sessions Coach clients through structured strength training programmes Support clients with proper movement, technique and training progression Adapt exercises according to each client's ability, training history and individual needs Create a safe, respectful and supportive training environment Communicate clearly and professionally with clients Provide basic session feedback and progress updates Assist with women's health, fitness and performance-related workshops or events Support simple event preparation, client engagement or on-ground coordination when required Work closely with the lead coach to ensure coaching quality and client experience are aligned Be open to learning Geriant Coaching's holistic coaching approach
