Job Description Summary Job Description Raymond James is seeking a Product Partner Relationship Manager to strengthen strategic relationships with leading investment product partners, including mutual fund, ETF, annuity and other asset management firms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a primary relationship manager for assigned product partner firms, fostering productive, professional and compliant engagement with Raymond James. Partner with internal education, product, sales management, compliance and home office teams to identify advisor education needs and deliver relevant partner-supported programs. Plan, coordinate and support partner participation in Raymond James conferences, educational venues, headquarters visits and other strategic events. Communicate event criteria, business priorities, expectations and participation opportunities clearly to product partners and internal stakeholders. Review partner educational materials and coordinate required compliance review before materials are made available to financial advisors. Represent Raymond James at partner meetings, industry events and internal forums while reinforcing the firm's advisor-first and client-first culture. Provide reporting, insights and follow-up to product partners and internal teams to support effective relationship management and business planning. Analyze, model and negotiate financial arrangements with product partner firms. Manage multiple priorities, projects and partner requests with sound judgment, strong attention to detail and appropriate escalation when needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge of Investment products, financial markets and the securities industry, including mutual funds, ETFs, annuities and related advisor education needs. Financial advisor business models, profitability drivers and the role of product education in supporting advisor practices. Regulatory, compliance and risk considerations related to product partner engagement, educational materials and event participation. Marketing, branding, adult learning concepts and effective communication practices for professional audiences. Skill in Building trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders, financial advisors and external product partner firms. Communicating clearly through presentations, written updates, meetings and partner-facing discussions. Negotiating, resolving issues and balancing business priorities with sound judgment and professionalism. Organizing complex work, managing deadlines and tracking multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Using data, reporting and business insights to support partner conversations and decision-making. Using standard office technology and software to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets and electronic communications. Ability to Demonstrate strong ethics, discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external interactions. Represent Raymond James in a polished, professional and advisor-focused manner. Work independently, take initiative and make thoughtful decisions with limited supervisory guidance. Collaborate across functions, influence without direct authority and adapt to changing priorities. Prioritize competing demands, follow through on commitments and deliver high-quality work under deadline pressure. Stay current on industry developments, product partner activity and internal business priorities. Education/Previous Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline. Minimum of three (3) years of financial services experience preferred, ideally with exposure to financial advisor needs, investment products, relationship management, business development, product management, sales support or partner engagement. Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources may be considered. Licenses/Certifications SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied Series 7 or ability to obtain within 6 months.
