Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Able to work with I/O interfaces ( GPIO , I2C , SPI , UART , MIPI )
  • Knowledge of Agile development concepts
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, preferably on embedded devices

You will resolve customer issues, drive root-cause analysis, and scale support through documentation, AI, automation, and self-service resources. Acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, you will identify systemic issues, influence priorities, and ensure customer feedback leads to measurable improvements in products, documentation, and support effectiveness. Your success is measured not only by helping customers today, but by reducing the need for support tomorrow. Roles & Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include: Own customer support interactions across support channels, solving customer issues with high quality and timely responses.. Drive root-cause analysis for recurring support cases and identify documentation gaps from customer interactions and support trends. Contribute to and improve internal escalation processes. Scale support through documentation, AI, automation, and self-service tools. Influence documentation roadmap priorities based on support insights. Contribute directly to documentation improvements and knowledge resources. Own support metrics and track opportunities for continuous improvement. Act as the support stakeholder for the Toradex AI Agent. Champion the overall customer experience for Toradex portifolio. Translate complex technical topics into clear customer guidance. Foster customer success through community engagement and knowledge sharing. Reduce future support demand through systemic improvements and enablement initiatives.
