Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate to join our International Tech & Product Strategic Workforce Planning team. In this role, you will act as the primary coordinator and storyteller for our international talent strategy. You aren't just managing data; you are ensuring that our workforce plans are accurate, integrated, and clearly communicated to leadership. You will play a vital role in our International Talent Expansion , ensuring our global growth projects stay on track and our executive narratives are backed by rock-solid insights. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager who excels at synthesizing information from multiple sources and translating complex updates into polished, executive-ready presentations. Major Responsibilities International Growth Coordination: Act as the project lead for international workforce expansion workstreams. You will track progress against global hiring milestones, identify potential risks to our footprint strategy, and ensure all workstream leads are aligned on our global scaling goals. Data Synthesis & Reporting: Serve as the "custodian of the truth" for Tech and Product headcount. You will aggregate data from HR, Finance, and Recruiting to produce monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring that any discrepancies are resolved and that leadership has a clear view of our current and future talent state.
