Main Responsibilities: - Proactively find and attract new partners through cold calls and targeted outreach; - Define and execute a partner strategy focused on retention, growth, and profitability; - Onboard new partners and manage existing ones using clear and structured processes; - Manage an assigned partner portfolio, including performance and profitability tracking; - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to achieve shared goals; - Maintain and grow existing partnerships through regular follow‑ups and needs analysis; - Build strong, ongoing relationships with merchant sites and partners; - Collect and share partner feedback, needs, and market insights internally; - Use Salesforce CRM to manage partners, activities, and reporting; - Develop key accounts by expanding contacts and offering integrated solutions; - Identify and win new key account partners through site visits and focused outreach; - Monitor competitors and share relevant insights with management; - Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales and growth targets; - The role includes regular travel to support business needs and collaboration across locations.
