- Mechanical / Structures : Machined metallic parts, composite components, and additively manufactured parts. Familiar with GD&T principles and ASMEY 14.5
- Fulfills inspection plan criteria and assists with QI buyoffs in Working Instructions.
- Use basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical aids)
- Accurately document inspection results and observations
- Identify and report potential nonconformances
- Maintain FOD, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Comply with AS9100 and internal quality system requirements
Requirements
- 2-4 years aerospace or high-reliability inspection experience
- Proficiency in print reading and basic GD&T
- Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (for avionics) and dimensional inspection methods (for mechanical)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
