Job Description This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within Global Markets, contributing to macro ecomomics and market analysis. Main Responsibilities: Assist supervisor in monitoring market movements and analyzing financial data. Prepare daily market reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Conduct market research and analysis to support daily business. Research new market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on market outlook. Perform administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the trading team. Job Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Strong academic record. Demonstrated interest in financial markets and trading. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred. Prior internship experience in a financial institution is plus.
