About the role
The Operations Engineer is responsible for coordinating the integration and effectiveness of High-Performance Teams (HPTs) within defined plant boundaries. Responsibilities

- Deliver training to personnel involved in the HPT model.
- Lead annual scorecard review and KPI updates.
- Ensure Guides and Third Parties fulfill their roles.
- Coordinate weekly HPT meetings and evaluation programs.
- Administer Action Plan System and track progress.
- Manage communication systems (HPT Portal and boards).
- Monitor KPIs and report results to leadership.
- Support bonus calculation through data consolidation.
- Organize monthly meetings with Guides and Steering Committee.
- Plan and execute recognition events.
- Develop HPT maturity assessment programs.
- Supervise and audit innovation ideas implementation.
- Coordinate plant innovation system and campaigns.
- Manage plant management agenda and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate customer visits and plant tours.
- Prepare operational and administrative reports.
- Generate weekly plant reports and update IOS.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business-related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
