Key Responsibilities & Duties Include: Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management: Receive, review, and qualify incoming customer enquiries/technical queries for offshore products (e.g., rigging and consumables). Prepare accurate and timely technical/commercial quotations. Order Processing: Manage end-to-end sales orders from Purchase Order (PO) receipt to invoice generation and final delivery. Technical Support & Coordination: Whenever required, collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, warehouse, service team and procurement) to ensure technical specifications, drawings, and certificates are met. Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with forwarders for import/export shipping documentation. Client Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and support the sales team. Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity (e.g., In-House ERP systems & E-Filing). Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment (if any) Any other ad hoc assignments
