- Working knowledge of construction documentation standards and workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active workstreams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience on NYSDOT projects, particularly within Region 8 is preferred
- Familiarity with SiteManager or comparable construction management systems is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or NICET certification
- EIT certification is a plus
