What you will need to do: Lead and manage all QA/QC activities at project level, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and Company IMS procedures. Coordinate and supervise QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and third-party testing/inspection agencies on site. Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Plan in coordination with the Regional Quality Manager and Project Management Team. Ensure effective implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all project activities. Prepare, review, and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, audit schedules, and quality documentation. Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective and preventive actions related to non-conformances. Monitor quality performance and prepare periodic quality reports for management and client submission. Ensure all testing and measuring equipment are calibrated and properly maintained. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project quality-related matters. Support project handover activities including preparation of final quality dossiers and records. What you will need to have: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized University. Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC positions, including experience as a QA/QC Manager, within large-scale construction projects. Strong experience in geotechnical works including Piles, Diaphragm Walls, and related civil works activities. Excellent knowledge of international standards related to civil and geotechnical works. Good understanding of Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001 standards. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 is preferred. Proven experience in preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plans and IMS procedures. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
