Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vendor Management & Sourcing
  •  Own the global relationship, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational

  • Travel Technology & Innovation :
  •  Oversee the roadmap and integration of online booking tools (OBTs) such as Concur
  • or Deem, and expense management ecosystems.
  •  Drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline user booking flows, automate
  • approvals, and enhance mobile accessibility for global employees.
  •  Evaluate emerging technologies, NDC (New Distribution Capability) environments,
  • and industry disruptions to keep the corporate travel program future-proof.
  • Duty of Care & Risk Mitigation :
  •  Lead the corporate Duty of Care program, collaborating directly with Global Security
  • and third-party risk management agencies (e.g., International SOS, Crisis24).
  •  Maintain real-time traveller tracking mechanisms, establishing robust
  • communications protocols to respond immediately to geopolitical events, health
  • crises, or natural disasters.
  •  Ensure data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR) across all global travel profile systems
  • and vendor databases.
  •  Financial Analytics & Reporting :
  •  Manage the global travel budget, providing predictable forecasting models and
  • monthly executive variances dashboards.
  •  Utilize data analytics tools to turn complex travel metrics into actionable insights
  • regarding carbon footprint, sustainability tracking, route optimization, and seasonal
  • spend patterns.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Supply
  • Chain/Procurement, or a related field. Master's degree or Global Travel Professional (GTP)
  • certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience managing corporate travel programs within a multinational, high-growth environment.Vendor Domain Knowledge:
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar corporate travel budgets and direct negotiation experience with global airline alliances and hotel chains.Technical Proficiency:
  • Deep expert-level knowledge of corporate travel ecosystems: GDS mechanics, OBT configurations (SAP Concur, Other TMC tools), and corporate payment card programs (AMEX, Visa, RAMP etc.)
