Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in all aspects of the drywall trade, including supervisory or foreman-level experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and perform field layout.
- OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
- Experience with construction software.
- Proficient with iPad and mobile construction technology.
- Being Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb, stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, squat, and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lb.
- Ability to work at heights and in active construction environments.
- Working Conditions:
- Primarily field-based work on commercial construction jobsites.
- Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Exposure to heights, noise, dust, and construction-related environmental conditions.
- Required use of all applicable PPE, including hard hat, safety vest, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, sleeves, face shield (as required), and approved work boots.
