Job Summary: The Benefits Systems Consultant - I, will undertake multiple responsibilities throughout the post-launch cycle, consistently delivering world-class customer service. This position involves collaborating with customers for managing basic post-live Open Enrolment renewal and configuration/system update projects as well as on ACA printing and filing initiatives. The primary focus will be to complete essential benefits administration system configuration and Open Enrolment renewal assignments and support ACA Services customers during their print and filing processes. Primary/ Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: - Work with customers to establish project scope, gather configuration requirements, and set system goals for configuration projects. - Collaborate with Senior and Lead Benefits Systems Consultants to complete system configuration updates. - Communicate with customers and internal partners on outstanding technical requests and support cases/projects. - Manage projects through to closure and ensure all configuration projects are closed within set timelines and appropriate documentation maintained and uploaded to Salesforce. - Complete basic configuration projects under the oversight of Senior and Lead Systems Consultants. - Other projects and tasks as assigned by Manager. Qualification: - 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in U.S. Benefits teams in customer facing environments. - Working knowledge of employee life-cycle U.S. Benefits Administration, ACA, related regulations, ERISA guidelines, and HIPAA Compliance - Organizational, problem-solving, and good analytical skills. - Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills are critical for success. - Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations with customers. - Ability to provide consulting services with customers to ensure the appropriate outcomes are achieved. - Ability to work in US shifts
