About the role
Role Model and leader of Quality Driven Culture. Primary Voice of customer in the plant. Communicate and inspire to implement quality ownership by everyone. Responsible disciplinary head for plant quality teams and for overall plant quality performance per the agreed relevant customer, internal and supplier KPIs. The Head of Quality is responsible for defining, leading, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across the plant/campus. This role ensures product and process excellence, compliance with customer requirements (e.g., OEMs), and adherence to international standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001). The position acts as a key strategic partner to Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, driving a zero-defect culture , customer satisfaction, and operational performance through data-driven quality management and continuous improvement.
