Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Software Design & Development
• Translate product requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
• Build scalable, secure, and reusable services and features.
• Agile Collaboration
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and backlog grooming.
• Partner with QA, Product, and Design for testability and user experience.
• Contribute to squad rituals and delivery outcomes.
• Testing & Documentation
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure functionality and stability.
• Maintain technical documentation, API contracts, and developer notes.
• Support debugging and incident resolution as needed.
• Continuous Improvement
• Suggest and implement improvements to engineering practices, architecture, or performance.
• Stay current with modern development trends, tools, and patterns.
• Share knowledge with peers through code reviews and technical discussions.

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Work Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in software development, ideally in an agile product team.
• Skills & Certifications:
• Proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with microservices, databases, and containerized environments is a plus.
• Languages:
• For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage.
• For local country leadership and management roles, fluency in the local language and English is required.
• For local individual contributor roles, fluency in the local language is required. English is considered an advantage as it supports communication, learning, and collaboration in a multinational context.
