Responsibilities
- Support searches from requisition through offer, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition, executive support, people operations, or a similarly detail-oriented role.
- Extraordinary organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong follow-through and a reputation for reliability and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating complex schedules and managing competing priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Experience working in Workday or a comparable HRIS preferred.
- Comfort working with large volumes of information, data, and administrative detail.
- Advanced to exceptional Excel and Google sheets skills
- Experience in media, publishing, journalism, or another fast-paced, mission-driven organization is a plus.
- Interest in recruiting and talent acquisition, with a desire to grow into broader recruiting responsibilities and full life cycle position ownership
- This position is based in Washington, D.C.
- Salary minimum: $74,000; Salary maximum: $85,000
