Full-Time Course Consultant (Education Sales / Academic Planning)

Responsibilities

• Contact parents via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Arrange consultations and trial lessons for students
• Understand students' learning challenges and recommend suitable programmes
• Guide parents through enrolment decisions and course planning
• Follow up consistently with enquiries and trial students
• Achieve enrolment targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up tracking
• Work closely with teachers and academic teams to support students' learning progress
• Build strong long-term relationships with families

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with parents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with parents and conducting consultations
• Sales-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment
• Responsible, organised, and proactive
• Willing to work on weekends
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided).
• Experience in education, customer service, telesales, or sales will be an advantage.
