Responsibilities

• Manufacture, modify, and repair moulds, dies, jigs, and fixtures according to drawings/specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on tooling to ensure smooth production.
• Inspect tools and components to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Carry out polishing, fitting, and assembly of mould parts.
• Support mould change activities and ensure tools are ready as per production schedule.
• Identify and report tooling defects or improvement opportunities.
• Maintain proper records of tool maintenance and repair work.
• Liaise with production and engineering teams to resolve tooling issues.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the tooling area.
