Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Administration
  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and maintenance of project-related documents and records.
  • Monitor project schedules and follow up on outstanding matters with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

  • Assist with invoicing, delivery documentation, and project status tracking.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3years of experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in pumps, mechanical equipment, engineering, or related industries will be an advantage.
  • Ability to generate, update, and revise AutoCAD drawings will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
