ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: The Network News department at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Reporter to join our team! YOUR DAY-DAY: - Investigate, plan, produce and report in Spanish, including breaking news. - Conduct research and write scripts for broadcasting. - Perform live broadcast, report from on air studio or on location doing live shots. - Produce live interviews. - Be creative, have a sharp wit and be able to improvise and think quickly while on air. - Pitch news ideas and work closely with assigned photographer. - Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. YOU HAVE: - At least 5 years of experience in Spanish language broadcasting preferred. - Bilingual in English/Spanish communication both written and oral. - Strong knowledge of local market and ability to relate to the audience. - Excellent public speaking skills and ability to interact with listeners and clients in public settings.
