In your new job as SDM Specialist you are part of the Healthcare Team and responsible for the active support of our Service management team. Tasks include : Providing support to SDMs for our DTHS customers in various administrative tasks, from the ordering process to invoice preparation Ensuring activities are billed, checking orders and approving invoices by contacting the Billing Team and Application Management colleagues Confirming the number of User licenses with the customer End-of-month invoice review Proactively follow up with developers to confirm completion of tasks and trigger billing Preparation activities for regular customer meetings Ownership of shared group mailbox from the HCM Team Fluent German language skills (C1 preferred) Proactive mindset, enthusiasm for new topics, and openness to using new tools are highly desirable Good communication and presentation skills Enjoyment of working with colleagues, also in an international environment Ability to work independently, with strong coordination skills and flexibility Problem-solving skills Experience working in a multinational environment Technical Skills: Practiced handling of Microsoft Office products (Ms Excel, Word, Power Point) Miles+ experience required Advantages: Intermediate level English (minimum B2) SAP knowledge * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
