The Leasing Manager owns the full lease renewal lifecycle across the manufactured housing portfolio, including rent increase execution, renewal compliance, resident retention strategy, lease administration, and non-renewal coordination. This role serves as the central point of accountability for ensuring renewals are executed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with state-specific landlord-tenant laws. The Leasing Manager works closely with Community Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and Home Office leadership to balance revenue growth, occupancy protection, resident experience, and operational consistency across the portfolio. Success in this role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows across multiple communities and states.
