Director, Client Strategy & Value Creation

Requirements

• Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or a master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of post-graduate work experience, with a demonstrated history of professional achievement and business impact.
• Experience in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to oversee and deliver complex projects to successful outcomes.
• Deep expertise in the life sciences sector, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or life sciences instruments/tools; experience in operations, service operations, or commercial functions is a significant advantage.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.

Additional Information

As Director, Client Strategy & Value Creation at realworld one, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our most important clients, helping their Operations, Commercial, and Service departments address critical challenges through transformative XR solutions. Collaborating closely with senior executives - including Directors, VPs, and C-level leaders - you will co-develop forward-looking strategies tailored to their unique business objectives and oversee the implementation of impactful solutions that deliver long-term value. Reporting directly to the VP Pharma or VP Life Sciences Instruments, you will take ownership of strategic accounts, deepen relationships with executive stakeholders, and ensure that our solutions consistently deliver measurable value.
