Responsibilities
- 1.Trusted Partnership:
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, providing them with the support needed in handling strategic customers.
- Ensure internal alignment on customer's goals and marketing strategies.
- Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with our valued customers, to maximize growth & positive logistics experiences.
- Effectively manage your time and priorities to balance sales and customer service activities.
- 2.Customer Centricity and Issue Resolution:
- Understand customer needs in a way that relevant to Maersk products and solutions to offer optimal support.
- Retain existing customer success metrics as directed.
- Drive implementation, execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Address any customer pain points promptly.
- Timely resolve issues by leveraging cross functional teams.
- 3.Commercial Process Management:
- Oversee the Allocation process by coordinating with the customers, ensuring customer commitments are met.
- Support the Ocean tender handling process with TCM. Follows up on tenders based on direction from Sales Representatives.
- Coordinate the Logistics RFI/RFP & Contracting process for complex deals with the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely contract renewals and adhere to pricing guidelines.
- Who We Are Looking For
- Logistics and Supply Chain Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant at similar role in logistic industry
- Language Proficiency: Intermediate English level, Native Vietnamese level, Chinese Speaking is a big plus. Effective communication is key.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Understand and address customer needs.
- Product Understanding: Familiarity with transportation & logistics product features and benefits.
- Presentation and Excel skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Influencing and Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving skills: to analyze and resolve issues efficiently; be proactive, think critically, and work well both independently and in teams.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
