Responsibilities
- Primary Clinical Care

- Contribute to quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing service effectiveness and patient outcomes.
- Monitor programme performance and utilise clinical data to inform service improvements.
- Education & Professional Support
- Develop and facilitate educational programmes and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Provide consultation on psychological and behavioural health matters to multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate actively in professional development, clinical supervision, and continuing education activities.
- Administrative Duties
- Assist with service planning, clinical administration, and departmental projects.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards, organisational policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Key Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology).
- Min. 1-2 years experience providing counselling or psychological intervention for patients with chronic medical and/or psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in Primary Care Psychology, chronic disease management, preventive health, and population health.
