Chief Engineer, Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• Product Qualification on New development and Product/Process Change validation
• Customer spec review and provide suggestion spec limit to Prod Marketing and Regional Marketing.
• Review/highlight product yield variance
• Build up test spec, test program, p/n.. in system
• Review Product STD yield in BOM
• What you will bring along:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
• Familiar in the steps of product development through mass production
• G ood communication and coordination
