Job Title: Technical (MEP) Program Manager - Cikrang, Indonesia The Technical (MEP) Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of data center projects, including MEP design review, construction, commissioning, and operational handover. This role ensures that all engineering, construction, and operational requirements are met on time, within budget, and according to quality and compliance standards . The position involves close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams - MEP, civil, electrical, IT infrastructure, and operations - to deliver hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical expertise , hands-on experience in hyperscale and Tier III+ data centers , and proven project management leadership . While the position is based in our Cikarang data center campus and requires daily onsite participation, there is travel required across Indonesia and potentially other countries within Southeast Asia. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Project Management & Execution Lead full project lifecycle: planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues. Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, KPIs , and milestone updates to management and stakeholders. Oversee RFI/RFP processes, technical proposals, and feasibility studies (if applicable). 2. Engineering & Technical Oversight Review, approve, and coordinate technical designs : electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, IT infrastructure. Ensure compliance with local regulations, Indonesian codes, and international data center standards (Uptime Tier III/IV, NFPA, IEC, TIA). Supervise Testing & Commissioning (T&C) including Integrated System Testing (IST). Validate redundancy, N+1/N+2/2N, etc. configurations, and operational reliability. Oversee vendor, contractor, and consultant performance to meet technical specifications. 3.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, contractors, consultants, and internal engineers. Act as primary interface between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Mentor junior Facility Engineers and project staff, fostering knowledge transfer and operational excellence. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all stakeholders. 4. Compliance, Quality & Safety Enforce adherence to engineering standards, corporate policies, and safety regulations . Conduct QA/QC inspections to validate system installation and workmanship. Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives. 5. Operations Handover Facilitate smooth transition to operations, including documentation for preventive/corrective maintenance. Ensure operational readiness and uptime SLA compliance. Key Requirements: Education & Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering. Preferred: CDCP, PMP, ATD (Accredited Tier Designer), IPM (Insinyur Professional Madya) .
