Executive - Strategic Proposals and Partnership

Responsibilities

• Support development of proposals, pitch decks and presentation materials
• Conduct research on clients, markets and industry trends
• Assist in structuring and formatting proposal content and presentations
• Coordinate inputs across stakeholders to support proposal development
• Support costing consolidation and proposal documentation
• Assist with development of event concepts and partnership ideas
• Maintain proposal records, templates and documentation standards
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to support research and productivity

Requirements

• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in proposals, presentations, partnerships or business development
• Proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable with Excel
• Strong research and information organisation skills
• Familiarity with Canva or design tools is an advantage
