Responsibilities

BETSOL is seeking an early‑career professional to support AI‑driven automation and efficiency initiatives across both internal programs and external client engagements . This role is designed for someone who will actively use AI tools (including Claude, Azure AI Foundry, OpenClaw, and similar platforms) to analyze how work is performed, identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and cost reduction , and help translate AI capabilities into real, measurable outcomes . The role is intentionally flexible and cross‑cutting , allowing the individual to contribute to internal transformation efforts as well as client‑facing projects , depending on business needs. Candidate will be expected to earn specific Anthropic certifications during the first 3 months.
