To lead and oversee the development, validation, and continuous improvement of academic programs, while ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance across the faculty. This role is pivotal in maintaining academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and institutional effectiveness Program Development Lead the design and development of new academic programs and modules especially for leadership. Provide strategic guidance on curriculum innovation and alignment with industry and accreditation standards. Coordinate the preparation of documentation for program validation and approval processes. Ensure timely review and modification of existing programs to maintain relevance and quality. Quality Assurance Implement and monitor the faculty's quality assurance framework in line with institutional and national standards. Oversee academic audits, program reviews, and external evaluations. Analyze performance data, student feedback, and external examiner reports to identify areas for improvement. Ensure effective quality arrangements with collaborative partners and external stakeholders. Monitoring & Evaluation Support subject teams in evaluating teaching and learning effectiveness. Maintain oversight of academic journals and ensure timely documentation of good practices and issues. Leadership & Collaboration Work closely with Heads of Agency Training, Agency Management & Agency Leader. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and academic integrity across the faculty. Advise faculty staff on quality-related policies, procedures, and external examiner appointments.
