Civil/LA Site/Land Development Project Manager We have a career opportunity for a Civil/LA site/land development project manager with a proven track record of successfully managing a broad range of projects. In this role you will both self-perform and direct project teams in the planning and design of civil site/land development projects, as well as play an important role in managing client relationships. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the civil site/land development group. Location This position will have a hybrid work schedule and, when in the office, will work from our Glastonbury, CT office. The Impact You Will Have Manage multiple, concurrent civil site/land development projects for municipal, public, and private clients Establish project goals and milestones, define responsibilities, coordinate resources, and monitor project progress Provide direct supervision and overall leadership for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs Assume ownership of project financials, optimizing resource allocation and budget management to maximize profitability and client satisfaction Develop project scope, schedule, and budget, integrating them into work plans to streamline project execution and enhance efficiency Ensure the development of high-quality engineering documents Adhere to all internal procedures for quality control, documentation, and project tracking Contribute to other project work as a technical specialist or advisor, as needed Attend municipal meetings for project approvals Mentor junior staff
