IT Infrastructure Construction Project Manager - Bilingual in Korean MUST

Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Lead IT infrastructure implementation projects including network, server, and industrial communication systems
• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
• Develop and manage project proposals and related documentation
• Track and manage daily construction schedules
• Infrastructure Implementation
• Oversee installation of network and server infrastructure
• Support wireless network setup (AP, WIPS, WLC)
• Manage optical fiber and UTP cabling installation
• Oversee communication rack setup and structured cabling systems
• Support data center construction and setup
• Design cable routing and tray pathways
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with internal teams and customer stakeholders
• Communicate with customer IT Managers
• Collaborate with construction, production, and application teams
• Manage subcontractors including low voltage, data center, and physical security vendors
• Reporting
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project reports
• Monitor progress, risks, and project milestones
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or construction project management
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure environments including network, server, and data center
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure installation projects
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Experience in Smart Factory or manufacturing environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
• Work Environment
• Based in New Jersey with frequent nationwide travel
• Long-term project assignments at client sites
• Fast-paced, project-driven environment
