About the role
We are seeking a customer-focused and analytical Associate Product Manager to support product growth, localization initiatives, and customer experience enhancements. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive product development, testing, release management, and successful feature delivery
- Support product localization and customer experience optimization to ensure products meet local market needs and business objectives
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback to develop data-driven recommendations, while partnering with product and engineering teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of internship or professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, FinTech, or Financial Services
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with product management principles, Agile development methodologies, and software development lifecycles
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Figma, or other analytics and product management tools
