The impact you'll make As an Associate Director you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients ranging in size and covering a broad range of tax and accounting issues. You will develop effective business relationships with clients, advise on a range of business advisory and tax issues to clients, including in the context of transaction work, business operations and strategy, and domestic and international tax work. and exceed our client's expectations and partner with their businesses to grow. Your typical day may include: Providing expert tax & accounting advice across a diverse client base Leading and managing a client portfolio Helping clients manage risks and achieve their business objectives Developing teams through coaching and mentorship Utilising modern tools to enhance client service and efficiency Your expertise: Bring you experience and passion for providing impactful tax advice and see what impact you could make. You'll also have: A minimum of 6 years work experience in a professional services tax or accounting environment A professional qualification in law or accounting A strong understanding of end-to-end tax processes & the NZ tax environment Proven organisational and communications skills.
