F&B Captain (5 days/CBD/Fine-Dining)

Responsibilities

• Lead and Supervise : Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring that all service standards are met and that guests receive timely, friendly, and efficient service.
• Guest Experience : Greet guests upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure that guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience. Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a calm, professional, and solutions-oriented manner.
• Table Service & Oversight : Lead by example in providing exemplary table service, ensuring that food and drinks are served correctly and promptly. Assist with the delivery of food and beverages during busy service periods.
• Upselling and Sales : Assist in promoting specials, wine pairings, and other menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably as a captain, supervisor, or senior server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Customer Service : A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest enjoys a top-tier dining experience.
• Role is open to dependent pass and LTVP+ holder who are residing in Singapore
